About Bill Goad
Bill brings dozens of years of real world HR experience to CMP – HR. He has a business degree from Guilford College and a Master’s in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Webster University in St. Louis. He holds the SPHR Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. He is an Executive Coach, certified by RCC. He specializes in Executive Recruiting and Coaching for companies as small as 1 to companies with over 1000 employees. He has 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field with several large companies, such as Waukesha Electric Systems, a division of SPX Corporation and Virginia Transformer Corp. Bill is a Rotarian and works with several local nonprofit organizations.
